Skype Boise Birthday

Welcome to 2011!

A photo history of a Skype visit with Harriet on her 9th birthday, 1st in Boise.
Isn't technology grand!
There's Mark's boyhood Santa ornament.

Erik's good-looking and only tie.  Guess I'd better go shopping again.

Hannah in the spotlight.

Karen taking a break from cake baking.

Harriet ready in the birthday chair.

Tom presents with a flourish!

A great addition for her bedroom.

Hannah's fun wrap of . . .

David's choice for Harri.

Aha! A second Rubik's from Erik.

Dad's traditional gift of bubbly and . . .

a night out of her choice.

Mom's clay sculpting gift.

The birthday table on a Grandpa Watson Scottish tablecloth.

Candle lighting fun.

Out they go.

Traditional chug-a-lug.

1st bite of the delicious Midnight Chocolate with Chocolate butter cream frosting.

Time to leave the party for leftovers of Jill's wonderful New Year's Eve  Indian chutnies with flour tortilla and ice cream topped with Polly's warm chocolate fondue.  Nightie night.

A remembrance.  Mark's three Park-Nicolette trees, photos of all his colleagues and staff.

  One more birthday.
Phone chat with Uncle Richard for his 90th birthday.  Richard and Marilyn are doing well.  David lives at the house and cares for Marilyn, a great blessing to them.  He asked about each of you, each of you are dear to him.  It was fun hearing of his remembrances of his Rexburg Parkinson cousins.  One of those well-remembered cousins is the grandfather of one of Tom's Boise High Sophomore teammates.  His message to Jill's Dave--"What do you mean he's too young.  Get that kid a rifle."

January 4 is coming up very soon for a birthday with Lily.
Nightie night.
